Stephen Bailey
As an executive coach Stephen works with individuals and teams to realise their full potential.
The changing political, regulatory and environmental landscape requires leaders to evolve, adapt new outlooks and re-engineer business models. Developing positive mental perspectives, resilience, the capacity for co-creation and an appreciation of wider system dynamics are prerequisite qualities for leadership in current times.
Stephen’s approach is grounded in strength based and Gestalt methodologies and brings a psychological lens to understanding behavioural patterns and through which limiting beliefs can be safely identified, explored and adapted.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the early 1990’s Stephen went on to hold senior financial roles variously including Drummond Group PLC and a large private tech company. He gained broad and deep commercial experience in diverse and fast-moving environments in manufacturing, retail and service sector industries, often learning more through challenging times than plain sailing.
For the past 14 years Stephen has worked with various organisations often specialising in financial assignments, providing independent finance director type services, consultancy and coaching.
He also brings over 10 years-experience delivering a range of training programmes improving financial awareness, knowledge and management to individuals and groups.
