Coaching is essentially unlocking another person’s potential to maximize their own performance in the pursuit of meaningful objectives. Rather than teaching by instruction, our process involves guiding experiences that allow a coachee to discover their own solutions to the challenges and opportunities before them.

 

The role of the coach is not to passively hand out advice, but instead to act as a catalyst for the coachee’s learning, growth and evolution. We take on each programme with the assumption that our clients have the technical expertise, requisite skills, processes and experience to address the functional tasks at hand.

 

However, executives needs courage to make and take time to pause from the day-to-day in order to explore challenges, make smart choices, assess risks and refresh their focus. Learned and habitual behaviours, limiting beliefs, and defaulting to easy answers and routines are some of the greatest obstacles to achieving new levels of accomplishment and fulfilment.

 

By providing encouragement, support tools and appropriate challenge, we enable coachees to identify current levels of performance and enact a plan for improvement. We create the space for setting priorities and practicing incremental behavioural shifts that bring about positive systemic changes.
